As an ever-changing and constantly developing future challenges the ways of tradition and  ancestry, a balance must be found to bring harmony.  Depicted as a tree, we see a figure of a young woman whose beauty has found a way to bloom while managing to stay deeply rooted in the tradition of her heritage.  This heritage has not only given her the strength to maintain and project her dignity, but also the determination to inspire others to grow in this fashion.  As her branches continue to grow, they provide shelter and direction for others.  The tree becomes a symbol of guidance for younger generations to come (marked in red) who may not yet know what their destiny has in store.
