This imagery was selected as a reflection of Esther's professional and personal journey with her mentor, Tammela.  The illustration reveals a map of the areas surrounding Maumee Valley Country Day school where their story first began.  The birds represent the migration, return, and growth Esther experienced through her time with Tammela as a mentor.
